Omophagia, or omophagy (from Greek ωμός "raw") is the mythical ritual of eating raw meat. The term is of importance in the context of the cult worship of Dionysus.

Omophagia is a large element of Dionysiac myth; in fact, one of Dionysus' epithets is Omophagos "Raw-Eater". Omophagia may have been a symbol of the triumph of wild nature over civilization, and a symbol of the breaking down of boundaries between nature and civilization. It might also have been symbolic that the worshippers were internalizing Dionysus' wilder traits and his association with brute nature, in a sort of "communion" with the god.

Bregenwurst (also Brägenwurst) is a German sausage variety commonly served in parts of Lower Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt.

It is traditionally made of pork, pork belly, and pig or cattle brain. The sausage is eaten raw or stewed, which gives it a spreadable consistency once broken from its casing.

Go for a walk every day (without your phone). I recommend first thing in the morning, if you can, because it allows you some 'distance' from the last consumption of information the day before. It allows your mind to filter and organise the info you've taken in, to work out which of it really matters, which needs acting upon, and what your independent opinion on things really is.
