Dugin would have a point if being White were merely a racial characteristic. However, if we identify White-Europeanness with Neoplatonic civilization (insofar as it was expressed by Greco-Roman polytheism and then later Christianity), and common genetic, cultural, and linguistic heritage in the Proto-Indo-Europeans (and to a lesser extent ANF and WHG) then there is indeed basis for Evola’s sacred empire.
