PEMAKLUMAN BERKAITAN PEMBETULAN MAKLUMAT CALON

Salam sejahtera.

1.  Sekiranya terdapat ralat/kesilapan maklumat diri pada Slip Penyata Pendaftaran (MUET P/P) atau Slip Peperiksaan (MUET/D), tuan/puan boleh membuat permohonan untuk pembetulan/pindaan maklumat.

  a)  Permohonan pembetulan maklumat bermula 16 September 2024 sehingga 27 Oktober 2024, tidak dikenakan sebarang bayaran. Permohonan adalah secara mengisi borang MUET/C9 dan sila e-mel borang berserta dokumen sokongan dan Slip Penyata Pendaftaran (MUET P/P) ke [email protected]. Tuan/Puan diminta menghantar e-mel selepas tarikh tutup pendaftaran ujian MUET Sesi 3 2024 (selepas 16 September 2024).

  b)  Permohonan pembetulan maklumat bermula dari 28 Oktober 2024 akan dikenakan caj sebanyak RM50.00. Permohonan adalah secara mengisi borang MUET/C9 dan sila hantar ke MPM secara pos borang dan bayaran dalam bentuk money order/ bank draft RM50.00 (dibayar kepada Ketua Eksekutif MPM) berserta dokumen sokongan. Permohonan yang tidak disertakan bayaran, tidak akan dibuat pembetulan.  Sila pos ke alamat : Majlis Peperiksaan Malaysia, Persiaran 1, Bandar Baru Selayang, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor (u.p.: Setiausaha Bahagian Pengendalian STPM dan MUET).

2.  Borang MUET/C9 boleh dimuat turun di pautan https://www.mpm.edu.my/en/sumber/muat-turun/muat-turun-borang-muet.

e-Sijil MUET

Berkuat kuasa mulai Ujian MUET Sesi 2 Tahun 2024, calon boleh memuat turun dan mencetak Sijil MUET secara dalam talian (e-SIJIL) melalui portal Majlis Peperiksaan Malaysia (MPM) di https://www.mpm.edu.my.

Tiada lagi Sijil MUET dalam bentuk salinan cetak atau salinan keras (hardcopy) akan dikeluarkan dan dihantar kepada calon oleh MPM.

Penggunaan e-sIJil ini turut terpakai kepada calon yang menduduki MUET secara kaedah MUET on Demand (MoD) dan MUET Express (MeX).

Panduan untuk mendapatkan e-SIJIL boleh dirujuk dalam Arahan dan Panduan Pendaftaran Calon MUET yang terdapat di portal MPM di https://www.mpm.edu.my.
