核显+独显的组合也可以串流独显了

使用分辨率缩放加一点点超分辨率串流玩黑神话，原生分辨率的过度锐化问题也得到了缓解，就非常舒适

直接电脑玩体验真不如串流。。。。
开光追的话就有垂直同步问题，在串流里反而没了，也完全没有模型边缘闪烁的问题。。。。
而且因为手机屏分辨率一般都没4K，所以哪怕带了视频编码帧率反而能去到90+，就很爽了
