There was a protest in Thornhill tonight, and I went to see what was going on in my community.
What I saw was the result of endless streams of ethnic dividing propaganda from demagogues, now causing security-concerning protests in a local neighbourhood.
A local synagogue, Beth Avraham Yoseph of Toronto, had been targeted by a mob which previously instigated a riot at the very same synagogue earlier this year.
More than ever do we need to address the reality which demagogues put us in: into a more hateful, violent, and self-destructive world where only they succeed.
We can defeat these genuine acts of evil by resolving disagreements and concerns through genuine dialogue between communities, sharing observations and developing solutions which protect ourselves and advance our society for the better.
My goal as a candidate is to help redirect our community to reconciliation and bring back the safety and closeness which has helped make Thornhill such a wonderful community to call my home.
Thank you to the Vaughan Police, the security working there, and @Shomrimtoronto for preventing any violent escalations from occurring.

The CEO of Rumble, Canadian @chrispavlovski, posted a poll this afternoon asking who was the right person to lead Canada, Poilievre or me.
He later tweeted a comment about how the Conservatives failed in the UK and asked if the rise of Reform (the UK equivalent of the PPC) could happen in Canada.
Then a few hours later, he deleted both posts.
Chris is a champion of free speech and follows me on X. The PPC has been using Rumble as an alternative to YouTube, which censored us during covid.
Did Chris perhaps get a call from some influent person telling him to stop giving me any airtime?
I have been systematically smeared and censored since founding the PPC. There are lots of people in high places who clearly don’t want a principled right-wing populist movement to succeed in Canada.
