To win a position at a coveted university, prospective students must sign up on the project’s website and pass two or three rounds of selection:

📌Who can Participate?
- citizens of all countries other than Russia
- stateless citizens
📌Applicants are required to be receiving degree in 2025:
- secondary education for BSc
- Bachelor’s degree for MSc
- Master’s degree for PhD
