Are Spurs still waiting for someone to sponsor the stadium?
It's been 5 years since Spurs moved into their new stadium and the club hasn't yet sold the naming rights to the stadium as initially envisioned for 20m a year.
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2018/08/30/tottenham-hotspurstruggle-200m-naming-deal-new-stadium/
Has the club made any head way on this or have they given up trying to find a sponsor?
Feels very Spursy to demand 20m a year 5 years ago and get 0 in naming revenue during that whole period.

Tottenham Hotspur struggle for £200m naming deal for new stadium
Tottenham Hotspur are struggling to sell the naming rights for their new stadium because potential sponsors are balking at Daniel Levy’s £200 million asking price, industry insiders claimed on Thursday night.
Visiting London and would like to go to a Premier league game, I need advice.
Hello from Croatia. I've always been a fan of the prem and the championship, I'm visiting London in september and want to go to a game. I'd mainly like to experience the atmosphere so it isn't that important to me to see a "big" club even though it would be a plus.
I was looking to go to a game on matchday 5 (Sep 21st) and I've narrowed it down to 3 games: West Ham at Chelsea, Newcastle at Fulham, Millwall at QPR.
I've got multiple questions:
1. How hard is it to get tickets and how expensive are they? I read about it and it seems like it's pretty hard for tourists to get tickets for prem games but I'd like to know how hard it would be to get tickets for a championship game and also do I need to buy a club membership to be able to buy tickets.
2. Which of the games I listed would be the best to go to (considering ticket prices, atmosphere...) or would you recommend some other game played on Sep 21st (feel free to recommend League 1 games in the London area too).

FFP thresholds - should clubs be forced to sell?
There are a number of clubs having to adhere to FFP regulations and in danger of not making the cut off.
Should clubs that are over the threshold be subject to enforced transfers by the premier league?
In such a scenario they could end up litterally losing their desired assets / best player/s in an effective sealed bid / auction off process by the premier league to cover the costs/fines and other clubs could benifit directly from this.
Obviously this might benifit the “big” 6 more than anyone else and force those up and coming clubs specifically like Newcastle (who I’m a passionate fan of) to lose assets such as Isac, Bruno, Gordon etc.
In effect this would take the decision to ignore this out of a clubs hands and force them to act or face such actions as this.

Chelsea and their transfer strategy
How is Chelsea still looking to sign more players?
There's only 11 positions on the field. The reserves have limited spots. Their squad is already overloaded. Why do they keep looking to get more in the door?

Klopp’s biggest legacy at Liverpool is passing on the opportunity to sign Bellingham
Liverpool had the opportunity to sign Judelinton last summer but Klopp declined to sign him. Whatever unconvinced him, we are witnessing it now. He can’t pass, dribble, stay on his feet, or control the game or a ball.
It feels like he’s always playing on trampoline because he’s always chasing his first touch. Unfortunately the Madrid PR made him feel like Zidane when he ain’t even fit to lace Joelintons boot

Games at the same time
I have just noticed that all the games from matchday 2-38 are all at the same time. Unfortunately I hate this format of games 😭. Does anyone know if all the games will be rescheduled to their original time or if it will stay like this ( I hope not)

New Premier League Fan: What are the essentials I need to know?
I'm an American who has been brought into the soccer world due to both friends and the simultaneous Euros and Copa America Tournaments that are currently underway.
I have decided to follow the EPL because it is the highest level of football and there is a huge community surrounding it.
I have also decided to root for Newcastle United, and I would like to know what I need to learn for the upcoming 2024-25 season regarding the Prem in general. Any information is relevant.
Thanks!

My Journey to Finding the Perfect IPTV Service
Hi all,
I've tested numerous IPTV services over the years, but none matched my expectations until I tried bestiptv1.shop. The quality of the streams is top-notch, and there's no buffering, even during high-demand periods like weekend sports events. Plus, their customer support is fantastic. If you're looking for a reliable IPTV provider, check them out!

Liverpool have turned down the chance to sign Anthony Gordon from Newcastle

This would be interesting. As a Liverpool supporter I would really like to see him playing for Liverpool, since I rate him highly. I know he is a left winger, but I wonder if he could play on the right wing as a future Salah replacement. However, I don't think I would sacrifice Quansah for that.

Euro shadyness?
I’ve noticed a few shady things happening this Euros that haven’t even really been pointed out and am wondering if anyone else has noticed?
First one was the 8 mins extra time in Croatia v Italy—not sure what warranted 8 mins in that second half and basically just played until Italy got that goal…
Second today with the Germany game after taking that goal away (okay fair) and then almost immediately awarding a penalty kick for something I have no clue how prevent if your are running and pivoting quickly..
Has anyone else seen something that has just seemed off and n then not addressed ?

Barella to the Prem?
I know italy just got knocked out, but one of the standout players for me was barella. his outward passes were phenomenal, he even got a goal vs albania. i think he would fit in to united, chelsea or arsenals system. He is relentless and seems to never get tired, imo would be atleast a 70m transfer fee.
