What is your favorite Linux distro and why?

I like mint, mainly just because I came from windows and it's been really easy to use and was easy to set up.

Why doesn't Lenovo produce a chunky but compact thinkpad model?

I own an X230 and i think is the best laptop for portability: thick, but very small. With the 4-cell battery it weights only 1.34kg. I really wish a modern laptop with these dimensions, it will be fantastic. Does anyone know if there will be some problematic to produce a chunky laptop with new processors and stuff?
