T14 gen 4 AMD at ~350 EUR: is this a good deal?

A friend of a friend of mine (US-located) sells a Thinkpad t14 gen 4 AMD with a very minor scratch (on the edge of the top back cover) for 350 euros. The specs are:
16GB
Ryzen 5 Pro 7540U
250GB SSD
14" WUXGA (the standard one)

I think it has premier support till jan 2027 and accidental damage protection. I am in Europe and I really don't understand if ADP applies also to Europe.

Is this a good deal in your opinion? Should I take it?
