Благодійна організація "Стабілізейшен суппорт сервісез" шукає проєктного координатора. Метою цієї позиції є підтримка та реалізація проєктів, спрямованих на допомогу людям, постраждалим від війни в Україні. Основний результат роботи — забезпечення ефективної координації проєкту, підготовка звітів, а також організація таких заходів, як тренінги та семінари.

📌 Що потрібно зробити
• Готувати звіти за проєктом, стежачи за відповідністю всіх виконуваних завдань встановленим стандартам;
• Взаємодіяти з підрядниками проєкту для успішного виконання поточних завдань;
• Надавати загальну підтримку і допомогу проєктному менеджеру в повсякденній роботі;
• Організовувати і проводити заходи, як-от тренінги та семінари, для підвищення ефективності команди;
• Планувати і проводити регулярні зустрічі та наради, щоб відстежувати прогрес і обговорювати подальші кроки;
• Готувати матеріали для презентацій і виступів, забезпечуючи якісне подання інформації;
• Стежити за виконанням завдань і забезпечувати їх своєчасне виконання, підтримуючи комунікацію з регіональними командами.

👉 Reskilling Ukraine — це проєкт шведської неприбуткової організації Beredskapslyftet, що діє в Україні. Ми пропонуємо безоплатні навчальні програми для жінок і ветеранів, допомагаючи розпочати кар’єру в новій сфері. Проєкт фінансується та реалізується за підтримки уряду Швеції, приватних шведських фондів і бізнесу. Участь у проєкті є повністю безкоштовною.

Проєкт "Reskilling Ukraine" шукає контент-спеціаліста, який буде допомагати в популяризації навчальної програми для ветеранів. Ваша роль буде включати в себе створення і управління контентом для соціальних мереж, що навчить і надихне учасників. Основна мета - сприяти інтеграції ветеранів у мирне життя, допомагаючи їм знайти роботу і самореалізуватися в суспільстві.

📌 Що потрібно зробити
• Розробити та впровадити стратегію контенту для соціальних мереж, таких як Facebook, Instagram і TikTok, щоб популяризувати навчальні курси для ветеранів;
• Створювати якісний та інтерактивний контент, включно з постами, історіями та роликами, що відображають цінності проєкту та залучають аудиторію;
• Моніторити й аналізувати ефективність контенту, вносячи зміни в стратегію за результатами аналізу;
• Працювати зі спільнотою, відповідаючи на питання, підтримуючи зв'язок з учасниками програм, а також модерацією і стимулюванням активності;
• Надавати допомогу менеджеру програми в розробці комунікацій для нових учасників, підготовці та оновленні презентацій;
• Підтримувати менеджерів у спілкуванні з учасниками в групових чатах, наприклад, WhatsApp;
• Готувати та здійснювати розсилки для партнерів;
• Активно співпрацювати з командою, підтримуючи відкритий і шанобливий стиль спілкування.

🤝 Вимоги до виконавця
• Потрібен досвід роботи в SMM або контент-менеджменті від 3 років;
• Сильні навички копірайтингу, здатність створювати тексти, що ефективно комунікують з аудиторією;
• Впевнене володіння соцмережами та інструментами для контент-креативу.
