Junior HSE Specialist
to join its Health, Safety, and Environment team in Alexandria. This role is a vital step for professionals ready to grow their HSE career within Pharco Group of companies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Execute daily HSE inspections and audits across the facility to ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
* Assist the HSE management in conducting risk assessments and job hazard analyses for production and facility activities.
* Investigate minor incidents and near-misses, documenting findings and recommending effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Support the organization of HSE training sessions and induction programs for new employees and contractors.
* Ensure accurate and organized documentation and record-keeping for all HSE activities, permits, and inspection reports.
* Collaborate with various departments (Production, Engineering) to promote a strong safety culture throughout Pharco Corporation.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree from Faculty of Science or Faculty of Agriculture.
* 1 to 2 years of proven, hands-on experience in the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) field.
* Prior experience in the manufacturing sector (especially pharmaceutical, food, or chemical) is highly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of basic safety standards, industrial hygiene, and Egyptian environmental regulations.
* Completion of relevant HSE courses or diplomas (such as NEBOSH, OSHA, etc.) is a significant advantage.
* Excellent observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Must be a resident of Alexandria.
