🟠 Beware of being among those who:
⬅️ Sign in the name of Allah رب العالمين.
Speaking about Allah without knowledge is a grave matter:
🖇️ One of the prevalent issues in our time is:
◼️ The abundance of fatwas in gatherings and on social media, with statements like:
◻️ "I feel this is okay."
◻️ "I feel this may not be haram."
◻️ "I feel this might be permissible."
⬅️ This falls under speaking about Allah without knowledge,
⬅️ And this is a very dangerous matter, which Allah equates with shirk.
⚪️ Because Allah سبحانہ وتعالى says:
{قُلْ إِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ رَبِّيَ الْفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ وَالْإِثْمَ وَالْبَغْيَ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَأَنْ تُشْرِكُوا بِاللهِ مَا لَمْ يُنَزِّلْ بِهِ سُلْطَانًا وَأَنْ تَقُولُوا عَلَى اللَّـهِ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ}
"Say, 'Indeed, my Rabb has forbidden immoralities—what is apparent of them and what is concealed—and sin, and oppression without right, and to associate with Allah for which He has not sent down any authority, and to say about Allah that which you do not know.'”
(Surah Al-A'raaf: 33)
📮 Therefore, it is a critical matter:
◼️ That a person speaks in Allah’s religion,
◼️ And In Allah's rulings,
◼️ And in Allah's Shariah without knowledge.
📮 So beware:
🖇️ If you do not have definitive knowledge about a matter, avoid speaking in Allah’s religion with mere assumptions.
🖇️ "Indeed, assumption does not avail against the truth at all."
This is a dangerous matter; such a word could destroy all your good deeds.
🖇️ You may worship Allah, pray during the night, give charity, perform zakah, help the needy, and relieve hardships,
⬅️ But if you are careless with your tongue,
saying things like "I feel this is haram, I feel this is permissible," then no.
🖇️ This is a huge problem. Monitor yourself and your comments on social media.
📮 If it is a religious matter, do not speak.

🟠 Imam Malik, despite his high status, said:
(I did not issue a fatwa until seventy scholars wearing turbans in Madinah testified for me.)
Meaning, from among the great scholars of Madinah.
📘 A Story and a Lesson:
🖇️ A man came to Imam Malik from Morocco.
Reflect on the distance between Morocco and Madinah. This man came to Imam Malik and said to him:
"O Imam, I left the people of Morocco and all of them were saying that there is no one more knowledgeable than Malik."
Then he presented forty questions to Imam Malik.
So Imam Malik answered only four questions and said "I do not know" for thirty-six of them!
So the man said:
"O Imam, what should I tell the people when I return to them?"
Imam then replied:
"Tell them that Malik does not know!"
🖇️ Therefore, this is a very critical matter—speaking in Allah's religion and in Allah's Shariah.
And fatwas, they are not based on feelings, sensations, emotional inclinations, or dramatic impressions. No!!
⬅️ If you have sound, reliable knowledge taken from a trustworthy source, then convey it. This is acceptable, at the very least.
⬅️ But if you speak in the religion of Allah based on conjecture, assumptions, or what arises within your heart, and you say, "It is this way" or "It is that way," so this will not absolve you from the consequences of speaking about Allah without knowledge.
🖇️ And Imam Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله has a book titled:
“I'laam Al-Muwaqqi'een 'An Rabb Al-'Alameen” (Notifying the Signatories on Behalf of the Rabb of the Worlds).
When you say, “I feel this matter is halal,” it is as though you have written a decree and signed it on behalf of Allah.
🖇️ Reflect on the gravity of this matter.
🖇️ This is a serious and dangerous slip that a person must be mindful of and avoid.

🖇️ Another Matter:
And there is another matter too regarding speaking about Allah without knowledge, which Ibn Taymiyyah رحمه الله mentioned and pointed out to in his book Al-Istiqamah.
🖇️ O servant of Allah, you disobey Allah while you acknowledge and being certain that it is haram is better for you than you committ a sin while attempting to declare it lawful.
For example what⁉️
◼️ A man lowers his garment below the ankles and says:
"By Allah, I know lowering the garment is haram, but I am weak in this matter, and I hope Allah will forgive me".
⬅️ Such a person is close to having Allah open the doors of repentance for him.
🖇️ Another example:
◼️ A woman joins her hair or engages in eyebrow plucking (nams) and says:
"By Allah, I know that plucking eyebrows and joining hair is haram, but I am weak, and I ask Allah to forgive me."
⬅️ So this woman is close to Allah accepting her repentance.
📮 But if you say, "Joining hair is not actually haram," or "Plucking eyebrows is not actually haram,"
⬅️ then you are arguing in the religion of Allah.
🖇️ Therefore the one who disobeys Allah while acknowledging it is a sin and says:
"By Allah, I am weak, my desires overcome me, and I am struggling,"
⬅️ this person is not arguing with Allah in His religion and not fighting Allah in His legislation.
🖇️ However, the one who says, "Joining hair is not actually haram, plucking eyebrows is not haram; you are just being too strict with us,"
⬅️ this person is arguing with Allah in His rulings.
📮 So, beware! This is a dangerous matter:
◻️ Speaking about Allah without knowledge,
◻️ and arguing with Allah and contradicting in His legislation.

✍️ Shaykh Tantawi رحمه الله, who is known as Faqeeh al-Udaba (the jurist among the literati) and Aadeeb al-Fuqaha (the literati among jurists), used to shave his beard in the early part of his life. Once, someone asked him, "Shaykh, what is the ruling on shaving the beard?" He understood the intention of the questioner and replied, "I do not want to combine two bad actions—shaving the beard and lying about Allah."
Shaykh Tantawi said that shaving the beard is haram and further added, "I pray to Allah to grant me the ability to grow it." By the grace of Allah, before his death, he was blessed with the ability to grow his beard.

It is narrated from Nu'man bin Bashir رضي الله عنه that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
"Those who remember Allah with His majesty by glorifying Him تسبیح, praising Him تحميد, exalting Him تكبير, and affirming His Oneness تهليل, their words gather around the Throne, buzzing like the buzzing of bees, reminding about their companion (the one who said them). Wouldn't any of you love that something remains with Allah to remind Him of you?"
📍Meaning: These words circle around the Throne and remind that the one who said them is so-and-so.

The meaning of a good end حسن الخاتمة is to die while adhering to the Qur'an and the Sunnah, being steadfast on the Straight Path الصراط المستقيم, about which Allah سبحانه وتعالى said:
"And indeed, this is My path, which is straight, so follow it; and do not follow other ways, for you will be separated from His way. This He has instructed you that you may become righteous." (Al-An’am: 153).
