With the administration mulling over limiting access to doxxing groups, a prominent Telegram doxxing group apparently went on a "revenge spree." Developing social channels based on exchanging a single message isn’t exactly new, of course. To edit your name or bio, click the Menu icon and select “Manage Channel.”
