☦️ 🇸🇾 🇮🇶 - An unknown group attacked the headquarters of the St. Jacob of Nisibis Brotherhood, affiliated with the Syriac Orthodox Church, in the city of Qamishli.

The group destroyed Christian religious symbols and the headquarters' furniture, and also stole some of the brotherhoods' belongings.

The location is near an old Assad regime checkpoint that was recently occupied by the SDF.

Assyrians especially feel betrayed as they thought they could have a joint state alongside the Kurds. There are thousands of Assyrian soldiers in the east whose fate under Jolani's Islamic army is unknown.
