ரயில்வே ஆட்சேர்ப்பு தொடர்பான மாணவர் பிரச்சனைகள் குறித்து RRB பட்னா தலைவர் உடன் நடந்த கூட்டத்தின் முக்கிய முடிவுகள் –


1. குரூப் D (நிலை-1) தகுதி நிலைமை:

RRB அறிக்கையின் படி, நிலை-1 (உதாரணம்: ஹெல்பர்) பணியிடங்களில் நியமிக்கப்படும் தேர்வர்கள் தொழில்நுட்ப நிபுணர்களுக்கு உதவியாக பணியாற்றுகிறார்கள். அனுபவத்தின் அடிப்படையில் அவர்கள் தொழில்நுட்ப பணியிடங்களுக்கு பதவி உயர்வு பெறுகிறார்கள். எனவே, இந்த வகை பணியிடங்களுக்கு தொழில்நுட்ப தகுதி கட்டாயமல்ல. இதுவரை அனைத்து ஆட்சேர்ப்பும் 10ஆம் வகுப்பு தகுதியின் அடிப்படையில் மட்டுமே மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது.

தற்போது பயன்படுத்தப்படும் நார்மலைசேஷன் சூத்திரம் IIT கஹரக்பூர் (IIT Kharagpur) மூலம் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அனைத்து ஷிப்ட்களிலும் சமமான தகுதி கொண்ட தேர்வர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை இருக்க வேண்டும் என எழுத்துப்பூர்வமாக விண்ணப்பிப்பின், RRB பட்னா இந்த கோரிக்கையை RRCB டெல்லிக்கு அனுப்ப தயாராக உள்ளது.

3. காத்திருப்பு பட்டியல் (வெயிட்டிங் லிஸ்ட்) தொடர்பான நிலை:

RRB விளக்கமாக தெரிவித்தது: ஒரே நேரத்தில் வெயிட்டிங் லிஸ்ட் வெளியிடுவதால், அனைத்து பணியிடங்களும் நிரப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என கோரிக்கைகள் எழுகிறது. எனவே, வாரியாக (படிப்படியாக) DV-இன் இரண்டாம் மற்றும் மூன்றாம் பட்டியலில் கட்டாப் மதிப்பை குறைத்து பணியிடங்களை நிரப்புகிறது. தேர்வர்கள் கூட்டு முறையில் அனைத்து காலியிடங்களும் நிரப்பப்படும் வரை DV பட்டியல் வெளியிடப்பட வேண்டும் என கோரின், இந்த கோரிக்கையும் டெல்லி வாரியத்திற்கு அனுப்பப்படும்.

5. ஆட்சேர்ப்பு கால அட்டவணை (கேலண்டர்) பின்பற்றல்:

2024ஆம் ஆண்டு, கொவிட்-19 காரணமாக தேர்வர்களுக்கு ஒருமுறை 3 ஆண்டுகள் வயது வரம்பில் தளர்வு வழங்கப்பட்டது. மாணவர்கள் பரிந்துரை செய்வதாவது: இந்த தளர்வை படிப்படியாக குறைக்க வேண்டும் – இம்முறையில் 2 ஆண்டுகள், அடுத்த முறையில் 1 ஆண்டு என. இந்த கோரிக்கையும் வாரியத்திற்கு பொருத்தமானதாகத் தோன்றியுள்ளது. தேர்வர்கள் கூட்டு முறையில் மனு அளித்தால், இந்த கோரிக்கையும் டெல்லி வாரியத்திற்கு அனுப்பப்படும்.

1. Qualification Criteria for Group D (Level-1) Posts:
According to the RRB, candidates appointed to Level-1 posts (such as Helpers) assist technicians and may be promoted to technician positions based on their experience. Therefore, technical qualifications are not considered mandatory for these posts. Until now, all recruitments have been conducted based solely on the qualification of passing the 10th standard.

2. Normalization Formula:
The normalization formula currently in use was developed by IIT Kharagpur. If candidates submit a written request stating that the number of candidates with equal merit should be the same across all shifts, RRB Patna is willing to forward this demand to RRCB, New Delhi.

3. Issuance of Waiting Lists:
RRB stated that releasing the entire waiting list at once often leads to demands for filling all available posts. Therefore, the board adopts a phased approach by lowering the cutoff marks in the second and third DV (Document Verification) lists. If candidates collectively demand that DV lists be released until all vacancies are filled, this request will also be forwarded to the Delhi Board.

4. Increase in Vacancies:
RRB clarified that regular recruitment processes will be conducted every year going forward. Hence, the number of posts in the current recruitment process will not be increased.

5. Adherence to Recruitment Calendar:
The board assured that in the future, efforts will be made to conduct examinations within six months of issuing the recruitment notification.

6. Age Relaxation:
In 2024, due to the impact of COVID-19, a one-time age relaxation of 3 years was granted to candidates. Students have suggested that this relaxation be phased out gradually—for instance, 2 years this time and 1 year in the next recruitment cycle. RRB stated that if a memorandum is submitted regarding this, the proposal will be forwarded to the Delhi Board.

7. Request for CBT-2 or Technical Questions in Technician Recruitment:
The board also found this demand reasonable. If candidates submit a collective memorandum regarding this matter, it will be forwarded to the appropriate authorities at the Delhi level.
