This tactic is being employed by the “Right” in CN circles with regularity these days. The objective is always the same.
1️⃣Employ shock & awe descriptors to poison well, paint as radicals outside the pale of decency.
2️⃣Make your case after well is poisoned. Be the “reasonable”voice.
3️⃣Always reinforce opponents as malcontents. Always tie their position to being a threat to gospel. Offering named sins is not necessary. Audience to draw conclusions with descriptors already employed.
4️⃣Always frame forthcoming critiques from opponents as “attacks”, reinforce descriptors, rinse and repeat. When reasonable pushback is given, obfuscate in response or use a “you must have guilty conscious” framing as escape hatch.

I’m happy to report that this tactic is losing steam. They try their best to conjure up descriptors & phrases with the intent to vilify and shame (into silence) — e.g. Revoice for Nazi, Dank Reich, White Soy Bummer.
But they’re firing blanks. This is partly due to their waning influence. For example, they fumbled the ball very early on with White Boy Summer and they never recovered. Their attempt to counter signal & neutralize was outpaced by a better campaign and a stronger message that hit the mark, it won hearts not clicks.
They are essentially trying to fight a frontline war from the rear view mirror. No amount of blogging, carefully curated video clips, or email spamming will overcome the deficit. The guard is changing.
And as we’ve stated many times, the mission statement is simple: For people, for place, all to the glory of God.
