So I'm introducing new content to THERAPEUTIC. With the old content still intact, something to indulge your mind is on its way.

The media is the distraction which the deception of the whole concept of 'normal' and 'living'.

WAKE UP! Discover yourself. Did you ever stop and think, "okay maybe I'm struggling this much or I'm this unhappy because I don't know how I function."

Your personality, your habits, your thoughts are not you. These are a result of your mind. And trust me baby, you are not your mind.

Always remember, your mind is a tool given by the Almighty to navigate and survive this bittersweet world. Repeat after me.

My mind is a tool. I run my shit.

Again, I urge you to wake up. The timeless present is waiting.

Meditation seems to help in many ways. There's so many types though.

The most effective, in my opinion, is thought meditation. So here's the low down. You observe your thoughts as they are a river going with the current. You become the third person and just observe.

As a being, i find somethings difficult to process. I find myself in a riddle sometimes making me feel the control is not in my hands. In these times, i let go. I let the stream of thoughts flow. I let the wind brush soft. I let my mind become silent and i only allow my soul speak. And in that time i become very present, like walking along a long path with my head down for ages and finally looking up. I find then that the view is too spectacular to put my head back down again. To continue on ignoring the bruising fact that i have been listening and silencing the wrong things, is defiance to what is. what is will always be and have always been. Ignoring that, is the true crime committed against what we were made to live as.

I had a thought one day, I saw the sky with dark clouds,
