While they sound similar and both being of Greek origin, names "Cacodyl" and "Crocodile" have different meaning in Greek, Crocodile meaning "Pebble Worm" and Cacodyl meaning "Evil Smell", which sounds even more like a joke, despite not being one.

The naming does make sense, though, attempts to smell Cacodyl have led to deaths by poisoning and/or explosion. Risk of death while trying to smell a crocodile is also significant, but can be reduced by tying their jaws together, which, I think, chemists should try, too.

I've almost come to terms with the fact that time passes while I'm procrastinating, but the fact that time still passes while I'm concentrated on working is simply outrageous.
