CCH knows you are aware that HB6522, the House Bill creating the Philippine CDC, now has a Senate version, SB1869. Without due notice, they suddenly took up SB1869 late yesterday afternoon. They are rushing the passage of SB1869 by giving it prioirty consideration. CCH is preparing a response and Call to Action. Kindly watch for it either tonight or within the day tomorrow. 

It is clear that the Senate is not interested in a dialogue with concerned Filipinos. They are not serious about their sworn duty to listen and serve Filipinos. It is clear that the Senators are going to rush this Bill to approval.
