These features are part of an agreement between the platform and the country's authorities ahead of the elections in October. Joined by Telegram's representative in Brazil, Alan Campos, Perekopsky noted the platform was unable to cater to some of the TSE requests due to the company's operational setup. But Perekopsky added that these requests could be studied for future implementation. Judge Hui described Ng as inciting others to โcommit a massacreโ with three posts teaching people to make โtoxic chlorine gas bombs,โ target police stations, police quarters and the cityโs metro stations. This offence was โrather serious,โ the court said. Informative Users are more open to new information on workdays rather than weekends.
