С 01.03.2025 регионы не смогут принимать решение о ПЕРЕХОДЕ на равномерную оплату за отопление. Но в постановлении 1176 не говорится, что порядок оплаты за отопление изменится автоматически.
Не изменится, пока регион не примет решение об оплате по факту. А вот обратно на равномерную оплату уже вернуться не получится.
