Normie take. The US practice of having real food for regular people still exists. “Grocery Store Organicl” isn’t actually organic as well. Most people are simply too lazy to go find it or are too lazy to grow it. Americans are far too dependent on grocery stores for something simple like vegetables nor do they want to cook things from scratch anymore.
Per week however, I spend about $125 on actual organic farm grown food on top of what I harvest in my garden which feeds 2 adults comfortably. This consist of 4+ gallons of raw milk, 4lbs of meat (chicken or beef but mostly beef), eggs as well as various fruits and vegetables. That feeds two people comfortably. You can even find real organic flour for as cheap as $5 per 5lbs that you can stock up on. When I buy flour I’m purchasing 100+lbs of it so it lasts me all year
It doesn’t take much effort to figure this stuff out, just takes a little bit of learning and doing
