We are back from the rainforest.
We successfully led our first group into the Ecuadorian rainforest.
There is so much to tell - I don't even know where to start.
A completely different universe.
Nature - nature - nature
Where we were, there are about 2000 hectares of rainforest per person.
That's 4000x more land per inhabitant than in Switzerland or 1400x more than in Mexico. And in contrast to Switzerland or Mexico, nature is nature - intact, untouched, wild - and not destroyed or "tamed" under the guise of a cultivated landscape.
The difference is incredible.
It's the most beautiful space that opens up there.
It's like coming back to your home — that you didn't even know existed.
