📜✍🏽 Указом Президента РУз от 07.09.2022г. №УП-215 АО «Управляющая компания Фонда прямых инвестиций Республики Узбекистан» преобразуется в ООО «Фонд прямых инвестиций Республики Узбекистан», с формированием уставного капитала в размере $100 млн. за счёт Фонда реконструкции и развития РУз.
Установлено, что министр инвестиций и внешней торговли является председателем наблюдательного совета ООО.
