Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology Management or related fields with relevant work experience, and experience in Autodesk Revit, and BIM (Building Information Modelling)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares regular work accomplishment reports and makes proper follow-up.
- Prepares take-off sheet weekly & payment certificate monthly.
- Makes a close follow-up of the operation and prepares cost analysis or as necessary together with the Senior Manager and or Construction Engineer.
- Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual budget of the project.
