Please note that today, Binance Testnet Chain was unstable, so maybe you can redo Step 1 to add a "second" Binance Testnet Chain (which is the same chain) but by using a different address to connect by changing the RPC link of Step 1 tutorial by this one: https://data-seed-prebsc-1-s3.binance.org:8545/
