Performance Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Manage the performance of a portfolio of programmatic and ad network partners for global new user acquisition campaigns;
- Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid-ad campaigns;
- Recommend app install and in-app engagement campaigns optimizations and run A/B tests accordingly;
- Maintain relationship with existing advertising agency / partners and leverage their performance by providing insight from internal reports;
- Expand paid channels, able to acquire new paid media sources;
- Able to pull and analyze the data and gain insights from the data;
- Identify market opportunities for acquisition growth;
- Assist in performing day-to-day optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives;
- Experiment and identify channels to test, running tests, performing customer / audience segmentation analysis, developing social media presence, and finding ways to optimize paid channels.

Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, mass communications or related discipline;
- 2+ years’ mobile-app paid media advertising in overseas markets;
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven and strategic mindset particularly for consumer insights and business growth;
- Strong written communication capacity and interpersonal skills;
- User-focused and product-driven: strong understanding of product, technology, platform and audience;
- Passionate and understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency is a strong plus;
- Independent, attentive to details and self-motivated;
- Energetic with can-do attitude and team spirit;
- Strong English writing skills, with the capability of written and spoken Chinese.
