「影意志影院」及總監崔允信介紹： 影意志由一班獨立電影人喺1997年成立，過去曾發行多部獨立電影同社運題材紀錄片，包括反修例期間拍攝嘅《理大圍城》、紀錄前本民前發言人梁天琦參選經過嘅《地厚天高》、紀錄雨傘運動參與者嘅《亂世備忘》等。 在2021年，藝發局宣布取消對影意志的資助，並批評影意志近年發行的影片，尤其《理大圍城》，受到社會各界高度關注，故認為影意志不再適合獲「年度資助」。 總監崔允信受到無形的打壓，最後也決定移居台灣，「影意志影院」喺2023 年正式解散，崔允信先生則以個人名義在台灣重新開始「影意志 Ying E Chi」，並公開徵件「影意志獨立短片獎 2025 」（HK Indie Short Film Award 2025）。
