القرآن كلام الله وكلامه سبحانه صفة له والصفة تقوم بالموصوف لا تنفك عنه فإذا كانت الصفة لا تفارق الموصوف والكلام لا يفارق الذات فلا يقال أن القرآن قام بوعاء مخلوق فإنه لو كان كذلك لصار القرآن صفة لهذا الوعاء
فخلاصة مذهب السلف أن القرآن كلام الله غير مخلوق قائم به فلا يقوم بنفسه ويحل في غيره لأنه ليس جسماً ولا يقوم بغيره لأنه صفة اللهﷻ
وهو غير مخلوق على جميع الجهات محفوظاً في الصدور ، متلواً على الألسنة ، مكتوباً في المصاحف .
