کلیه ادارات دولتی، بانک‌ها، دانشگاه ها و مدارس فردا سه شنبه ۲۳ بهمن ماه تعطیل است. با عنایت به تصمیم کارگروه مدیریت مصرف انرژی استان، کلیه ادارات دولتی، مؤسسات عمومی، بانک‌ها ، دانشگاه ها و مراکز آموزش عالی استان به استثنای مراکز امدادی، درمانی؛ خدماتی و شعب منتخب بانک ها فردا سه شنبه 23 بهمن ماه تعطیل است. آموزش در مدارس به صورت غیر حضوری خواهد بود و خدمات دهی در مراکز امدادی، درمانی و خدماتی به روال روزهای عادی خواهد بود.
