Telegram iOS app: In the “Chats” tab, click the new message icon in the right upper corner. Select “New Channel.” Over 33,000 people sent out over 1,000 doxxing messages in the group. Although the administrators tried to delete all of the messages, the posting speed was far too much for them to keep up. A new window will come up. Enter your channel name and bio. (See the character limits above.) Click “Create.” Done! Now you’re the proud owner of a Telegram channel. The next step is to set up and customize your channel. To edit your name or bio, click the Menu icon and select “Manage Channel.”
