Job Title: Sales Consultant

We are actively seeking a visionary sales professional to take the reins of the sales department and drive it towards strategic excellence.

Job Purpose:
As a pivotal leader in this strategic role, you will oversee sales operations, ensuring smooth administrative functions that not only meet but exceed sales, profit and availability targets. Your primary objective is to formulate and execute high-level business plans, negotiate impactful deals, and build lasting relationships with customers and external partners, all of which contribute to the overall success of their service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute high-level business plans that are aligned with the strategic vision of the sales business.

Customer Engagement: Identify and engage potential wholesale and volume customers, and negotiate conversion deals for automotive sales. Develop an up-to-date customer database to expand their reach and influence in the market.
Stakeholder Relationships: Foster ongoing communication with managers, staying up to date with the latest information on pricing and promotions.
Inventory Management: Proactively plan and manage optimal inventory levels, balancing business demand with cost effectiveness.
Communication: Establish and nurture a network of influential business contacts to enhance market awareness and gather critical intelligence.

Creative Growth Strategies: Leverage creative approaches, such as promoting the use of sales plans, to drive growth in vehicle sales.
Reporting and Analysis: Provide comprehensive reports and analysis to managers and internal management, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
