✅ Licensed Attorney will be an added advantage
✅ Good working experience/expertise/knowledge in Domestic Law/Civil Law, Law Degree/Master’s degree in the relevant areas from a high-ranked law school,
✅ 4-5 years of experience; 2 years of which is working in a multinational company or international setting, an added advantage.
✅ Extensive knowledge of production units’ issues, including labor law and business transactions in a manufacturing site, coupled with in-depth experience in Business Ethics and Compliance in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
✅ Effective communication, business understanding, stakeholder management, and independence and team player attitude with assertiveness.
✅ Knowledge of codes of conduct, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and UK Anti-Bribery Act, as well as experience with change management and business partnering, preferred but not required.
✅ Fluency in both verbal and written English is essential.
