-[general]添加ssid-trigger参数，用于指定SSID下流量模式切换，参考样例如下：

ssid-trigger="default":rule,"cellular":rule,"SYSLINY-Pro":direct,"TPLINK":proxy

（default表示默认，cellular表示蜂窝，目前支持三种值：rule，direct，proxy）
-添加所有节点页面，可手动加入dashboard页面的快捷方式
-修复在无网络环境变化下频繁切换网络的bug
-修复修改订阅名称后出现的异常bug
-修复策略组UI异常bug
-修复其他bug
-替换部分icon
