Раньше я думала, что эти пакеты они просто по глупости штампуют против России. Но санкции не работают, а пакетов всё больше, при этом дела в Западной Европе всё хуже.
Логика прорисовывается следующая. Пакетов, видимо, будет по числу стран-членов ЕС — чтобы было во что заворачивать.
