روز جمعه 23 آذر یکدوره مسابقه سریع با حضور 134 بازیکن تحت عنوان "نخبگان نوجوان" در هیات شطرنج استان قزوین برگزار شد. در پایان این مسابقه پرهام حبیبی فرد از استان زنجان با کسب 8 امتیاز به مقام قهرمانی رسید. بهزاد سلیمیان ، آرسام رجب زاده ، رادمهر طالشی ، آران فلاح و محمدطاها افروز به ترتیب در رتبه دوم تا ششم قرار گرفتند.
