ترول تونگا نام صخره ای است که در ارتفاع هفتصد متری از دریاچه ی Ringedalsvatnet واقع شده است. گفته می شود که قدمت این صخره به ده هزار سال پیش و زمانی که یخچال های طبیعی شروع به آب شدن کردند، می رسد و در واقع هنوز هم می توانید بر بالای کوه های اطراف این صخره و دریاچه، تکه ای یخ را ببینید.
