It read: "Before entering the mysterious forest, read the requirements you must fulfill."
I followed the map's instructions with tall, dense trees and strange sounds accompanying my steps. When I reached my destination, I thought it was over. However, what I found was an arrow pointing to a different destination:

I flipped through the map, hoping there was something that would help. Sure enough, there was a question that determined my direction of travel. Then it was sent to @ bye bye via pigeon.
