Judge Hui described Ng as inciting others to βcommit a massacreβ with three posts teaching people to make βtoxic chlorine gas bombs,β target police stations, police quarters and the cityβs metro stations. This offence was βrather serious,β the court said. Hui said the time period and nature of some offences βoverlappedβ and thus their prison terms could be served concurrently.
