Don’t publish new content at nighttime. Since not all users disable notifications for the night, you risk inadvertently disturbing them. Done! Now you’re the proud owner of a Telegram channel. Click “Create.” Telegram users themselves will be able to flag and report potentially false content. To edit your name or bio, click the Menu icon and select “Manage Channel.”
