رمضان شهر، عظيم شهر مبارك يفرح به المسلمون، وكان النبي ﷺ وأصحابه يفرحون به، وكان النبي ﷺ يبشر أصحابه بذلك، فإذا فرح به المسلمون واستبشروا به وهنأ بعضهم بعضاً في ذلك فلا حرج في ذلك، كما فعله السلف الصالح؛ لأنه شهر عظيم ومبارك، يفرح به لما فيه من تكفير السيئات وحط الخطايا والمسابقة إلى الخيرات في أعمال صالحات أخرى.
