👨🏼‍🍳 El chef, Víctor Valverde, ha diseñado un menú único, homenaje a Alain Chapel, Pierre Troisgros, Alain Ducasse, Michel Guérard y Paul Bocuse.

🍽️ Entre los platos de este menú irrepetible, el fumet de champagne (Chapel), la ensalada ‘gourmande’ (Guérard), el salmón en acedera (Troisgros), la famosa sopa Giscard d’Estaign (Bocuse) y el soufflé Grand Marnier (Ducasse).
