🔹طرح «نوماند» به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین طرح‌های مدیریت ششم شهری به منظور دستیابی به حذف زباله‌گردی و کمک به تفکیک پسماند شهری از ۲۳ دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۲ آغاز شد، در این طرح شهروندان تهرانی می‌توانند با نصب سوپر اپلیکیشن «شهرزاد» و مراجعه به بخش «نوماند« درخواست خود را برای تحویل و فروش پسماندهای خشک ثبت و روز و ساعت مراجعه ناوگان دریافت پسماند را طبق زمان‌بندی دلخواه خود اعلام کنند.
