Unlimited number of subscribers per channel Telegram iOS app: In the “Chats” tab, click the new message icon in the right upper corner. Select “New Channel.” It’s easy to create a Telegram channel via desktop app or mobile app (for Android and iOS): The Channel name and bio must be no more than 255 characters long You can invite up to 200 people from your contacts to join your channel as the next step.
