🔹 علی رغم درخواست های ایرانیان مقیم کانادا و پیگیری های وزارت امور خارجه، به علت کارشکنی دولت کانادا برگزاری انتخابات ریاست جمهوری ایران در این کشور میسر نگردید.
🔹 با اینحال در برخی نقاط مرزی آمریکا و کانادا تعدادی صندوق جهت اخذ رای ایرانیان مقیم پیش بینی شده است.
🔹 از سال ۹۲ تا کنون به علت عدم همکاری دولت کانادا ایرانیان مقیم این کشور از حق شرکت در انتخابات محروم گشته‌اند.
