🔵The first meeting of professors of Persian language and literature of Iranian and Indian universities was held at the House of Iranian Culture in New Delhi from 8 to 9 March 2022 in order to popularize and strengthen Persian language and literature in India. The meeting was attended by professors of Persian language and literature from Iranian universities and Indian professors and teachers of Persian language and literature from over 100 Persian language teaching centers in India. Representative from different Indian universities, colleges, and non-academic institutions presented their views and opinions on the education of Persian language and literature.
In this meeting, Iranian professors of Persian language and literature announced their readiness to teach Persian language and literature and to meet the educational and scientific needs Persian language learners, especially the provision of textbooks and other necessary materials.
At the end of the meeting, participants decided that an Iranian university would help an Indian university hold Persian language and literature programs. This way, it is hoped that Indian professors of Persian language and literature can keep their connection with Iranian professors of Persian language and literature.

🔵Nowruz begins on the spring equinox and marks the beginning of Farvardin, the first month of the Iranian calendar. Nowruz is one of the oldest celebrations left from the time of ancient Iran.
Nowruz is more than 3000 years old and has been inscribed by UNESCO under the name of "International Nowruz Day" as the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity and is the most important link between Iranian tribes around the world, so that 300 million people celebrate Nowruz annually in different countries, from the countries of Iranian culture to European and American countries.

🔵مدیریت همکاری های علمی و بین المللی #دانشگاه_مازندران به نقل از معاونت آموزشی و تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه - ضمن تبریک سال و سده نو خورشیدی و آرزوی تندرستی و سربلندی برای خانواده بزرگ دانشگاه مازندران در سال جدید، پیرو اطلاعیه روابط عمومی دانشگاه مازندران مبنی بر چگونگی از سرگیری آموزش حضوری کلاس‌های درسی دانشگاه، نکات ذیل را در خصوص نحوه برگزاری کلاس‌های دانشجویان بین المللی به استحضار می‌رساند:
۱- آن دسته از کلاس‌های دانشجویان بین‌المللی که دانشجویان آنها به طور یکپارچه بین المللی هستند کماکان مجازی برگزار می‌شود.
۲- آن دسته از کلاس‌های دانشجویان بین‌المللی که دانشجویان آن‌هاء تلفیقی از ایرانی و غیرایرانی هستند به دو شیوه زیر برگزار می شود:
الف) روش ترکیبی (حضوری و مجازی به طور همزمان): دانشکده‌هایی که دارای امکانات روش ترکیبی همزمان هستند؛ از آن برای تشکیل کلاس‌های مذکور بهره گیری کنند.
ب) روش آفلاین البته به طور موقت: دانشکده‌هایی که از امکانات روش ترکیبی (حضوری و مجازی همزمان) برخوردار نیستند، ضمن تشکیل این دسته از کلاس‌ها به صورت حضوری، ترتیبی اتخاذ کنند که اولا، با انعکاس فوری نیازمندی‌ها و ملزومات ظرفیت‌سازی برای اجرای این روش، به تجهیز این نوع کلاس‌ها اهتمام ورزند؛ ثانیا، تا زمان تأمین این منظور، اساتید محترم، از قابلیت‌های آفلاین سامانه مجازی دانشگاه برای دانشجویان بین المللی استفاده نمایند.
۳ - مدیریت از سرگیری آموزش حضوری، بسیار مشکل و بعضا نیازمند تصمیم گیری‌های اقتضایی، تعاملی و انعطاف پذیر است. بیش از دو سال است که سبک زندگی به واسطه کرونا تغییر کرده و چشم‌انداز نازیبا، نگران‌کننده و مأیوس‌کننده‌ای را پیش‌رو قرار داده است. پشتکار و همت عالی همه شما بزرگواران و دانشجویان عزیز قطعا باعث برگزاری کلاس‌های حضوری و بازگرداندن امید، اشتیاق و شادابی به جامعه دانشگاهی خواهد شد. لذا از هر گونه پیشنهاد سازنده و مفید در همه زمینه‌ها به منظور غلبه بر مشکلات اجرایی‌شدن از سرگیری آموزش حضوری، استقبال می‌شود.

🔵Latest announcement of UMZ’s Vice President for Education regarding international students’ classes - Public Relations Office of the #UniversityofMazandaran announced that international students of #UMZ should consider the following about
the on-campus classes:
1. Those classes in which all the students are international students are held virtually.
2. Those international student classes whose students are a combination of Iranian and international are held in the following two ways:
A) Combined method (on-campus and virtual classes at the same time): Faculties that have the facilities of simultaneous combined method will use it to hold the classes.
B) Offline method; of course, temporarily:
Faculties that do not have the facilities of the combined method (on-campus and virtual classes at the same time), can hold these classes in person and adopt an arrangement to equip such classes. And until this is achieved, UMZ professors are advised to use the offline capabilities of the university's virtual system for international students.
3. Managing the resumption of on-campus education is very difficult and sometimes requires contingent, interactive and flexible decisions. For more than two years, the lifestyle of all of us has changed due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, leading to a bleak, disturbing, and frustrating outlook.
The perseverance and efforts of all of you could definitely lead to on-campus classes and restore hope, enthusiasm and vitality to the UMZ community. Any constructive and useful proposal in all regard and in order to overcome the implementation problems for the resumption of on-campus education is welcomed.

🔵گزارش اردوی نوروزی مشهد دانشجویان بین المللی بورسیه دانشگاه مازندران
اردوی نوروزی دانشجویان بین المللی #دانشگاه_مازندران به مشهد با هماهنگی اداره کل امور اتباع خارجی و سازمان امور دانشجویان وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری و به میزبانی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد برگزار گردید.
در این گردهمایی که با حضور جناب آقای دکتر داداش پور، معاون محترم دانشجویی وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری و رئیس سازمان امور دانشجویان، جناب آقای دکتر رازقی، مدیرکل امور دانشجویان بین المللی و سایر مشاورین و مدیران این حوزه برگزار گردید؛ علاوه بر برنامه های زیارتی، فرهنگی و تربیتی چندین نشست پرسش و پاسخ مستقیم دانشجویان حاضر با مسئولان وزارت علوم جهت استماع دغدغه ها مشکلات و نقطه نظرات دانشجویان برگزار گردید و در این جلسات بر بهبود وضعیت خدمات رسانی و توجه به مباحثی از جمله جذب، پذیرش، اسکان، تغذیه، بیمه، تربیت بدنی و تسهیل در شیوه های خدمات رسانی دانشجویی با محوریت امور کنسولی مطرح شد.
دانشجویان بین المللی دانشگاه مازندران در این سفر از اماکن فرهنگی مشهد مانند حرم امام رضا (ع) و آرامگاه شاعر بلند آوازه ایرانی، ابوالقاسم فردوسی بازدید کردند.

🔵#UMZ international students travel to Mashhad during Nowruz vacation
Nowruz trip of international students of #UniversityofMazandaran to Mashhad was coordinated by the Office of Foreign Citizens’ Affairs and Office of International Students Affairs of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (MSRT) and hosted by Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.
In a meeting which was held on the sideline of this journey, Dr. Dadashpour, Deputy Minister for Students Affairs of MSRT and Dr. Razeghi, Director General of International Students Affairs reiterated that that the ministry will do its best in order to improve the infrastructure of Iranian universities that admit international students.
International students took part in different cultural and educational programs and attended several direct question and answer sessions with the officials of the MSRT. International students of the MSRT voiced their concerns, problems and points of view about accommodation, food, insurance, physical education and issues related to their visa and other relevant consular affairs.
International students of UMZ visited such cultural and religious places as the shrine of Imam Reza and the tomb of the famous Iranian poet, Ferdowsi.

🔵روز چهارشنبه ۷ اردیبهشت، دفتر مدیریت بین الملل #دانشگاه_مازندران میزبان جلسه ای مشترک میان دو دانشکده شیمی دانشگاه مازندران و دانشگاه گوانجو کشور چین بود. در این جلسه که روسا و همچنین جمعی از اساتید دو دانشکده شیمی شرکت داشتند امکان همکاری دوجانبه مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفت.
برگزاری کارگاه‌های آموزشی دو جانبه، تبادل استاد و دانشجو و امکان بهره مندی از امکانات و زیرساخت های آزمایشگاهی دو دانشگاه، امکان حضور اساتید و دانشجویان در دانشگاه های یکدیگر جهت انجام فرصت مطالعاتی، راهنمایی و مشاوره پایان نامه دانشجویان مقطع دکتری توسط اساتید دو دانشگاه و سایر موارد از جمله موارد مهمی بوده است که در این نشست به آنها پرداخته شد.
در انتهای جلسه تصمیم گرفته شد تا اساتید علاقمند دانشکده شیمی دانشگاه مازندران و دانشگاه گوانگجو رزومه های علمی و پژوهشی خود را به دفاتر بین‌الملل دانشگاه خود تحویل دهند تا با ایجاد بانک اطلاعاتی شناخت دقیقی از پتانسیل های موجود طرفین به دست آید.

🔵On Wednesday, April 27, the Office of International and Scientific Cooperation (OISC) of the #UniversityofMazandaran hosted a joint meeting between the two faculties of chemistry of the University of Mazandaran and University of Guangzhou, China. In this meeting, which was attended by the deans as well as a group of professors, the possibility of bilateral cooperation in various areas was discussed.
Holding educational workshops, webinars, exchange of professors and students, benefiting from each other's laboratory facilities, the possibility of professors and students attending each other's universities for study opportunities, guidance and counseling of doctoral students by professors of two universities were among some of the important issues addressed in this meeting.
At the end of the meeting, it was decided that the interested professors of the Faculty of Chemistry of University of Mazandaran and University of Guangzhou submit their scientific and research resumes to the international offices of their university in order to gain accurate knowledge of the existing potentials of the parties through creating a database.
