بديهی‌است در موارد خاص برای تمديد مهلت تصويب موضوع، اخذ مجوز از شورای تحصيلات تكميلی و كميسيون موارد خاص دانش‌كده‌گان فنی يا كميسيون موارد خاص دانشگاه الزامی است.
