🔵Dr. Mohammad Ali Rabbani, the cultural counselor of Iran in India, sent a letter of appreciation to ِDr. Heshmatollah Alinezhad, the president of #UniversityofMazandaran, for holding the Nima Summer School in order to empower Persian language and literature professors in Indian universities.
Dr. Rabbani praised UMZ for hosting and organizing various and effective cultural and educational programs during the stay of the Indian delegation.
Nima Summer School was held from 25 June to 2 July 2022 in University of Mazandaran - Babolsar Campus under the auspices of Vice President for Research and Technology, Office of International and Scientific Cooperation (OISC) and the Department of Persian Language and Literature of the Faculty of Persian Literature and Foreign Languages and with the presence of professors and officials of Persian language departments of universities in India.

Hui said the messages, which included urging the disruption of airport operations, were attempts to incite followers to make use of poisonous, corrosive or flammable substances to vandalize police vehicles, and also called on others to make weapons to harm police. Telegram has announced a number of measures aiming to tackle the spread of disinformation through its platform in Brazil. These features are part of an agreement between the platform and the country's authorities ahead of the elections in October. But a Telegram statement also said: "Any requests related to political censorship or limiting human rights such as the rights to free speech or assembly are not and will not be considered." The group also hosted discussions on committing arson, Judge Hui said, including setting roadblocks on fire, hurling petrol bombs at police stations and teaching people to make such weapons. The conversation linked to arson went on for two to three months, Hui said. The court said the defendant had also incited people to commit public nuisance, with messages calling on them to take part in rallies and demonstrations including at Hong Kong International Airport, to block roads and to paralyse the public transportation system. Various forms of protest promoted on the messaging platform included general strikes, lunchtime protests and silent sit-ins.
