VETO on pandemic treaty

WILL STATEMENT
We, the Free People, by whose labors all the goods of this World are made, whose Rights to Life and Liberty are inalienable, whose bodies are untouchable, being the source of Power and acting consciously,
DECLARE that the activities of the World Health Organization (WHO) constitute a threat to all countries of the World, without exception, and to each and every Human being;
We STATE that by taking advantage of the trust of the People and of the powers vested in it by the United Nations, WHO, under the guise of so-called "pandemics", is organizing world disasters;
We IMPEACH WHO for seeking to create conditions in our World in which People will not be able to enjoy their Rights, including the Right to Life. WHO calls it Transformation. We call it a crime against Humanity;
We STATE that WHO is acting for the benefit of a small circle of its private investors. All the endless talk about the good of nations is a hoax;
We IMPEACH WHO for preparing coups d'état in all its member countries. The operation is being conducted under the guise of adopting a so-called "pandemic treaty". The outcome of the operation was supposed to be the renunciation of sovereignty by every country that signed the document.
We EXPRESS our WILL,
1. The World Health Organization is stripped of its status as a "specialized agency of the United Nations".
2. The Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the Specialized Agencies ceases to be applicable to WHO. Immunity and privileges are forfeited to all WHO staff members, current and former, without exception.
3. WHO officials are liable to judicial accountability for words spoken or written and for all actions taken in their official capacity.
4. All WHO staff, including those who have escaped judicial sanction, are subject to lustration.
5. The WHO archives are published in their entirety. All encrypted documents are decrypted and made public. All WHO staff correspondence is made public.
6. A Victims' Reparation Fund is established. All WHO funds, as well as the gold and currency in its possession, are placed at the disposal of this Fund.
7. Without exception, all documents adopted by WHO are legally void and not subject to execution..
8. In the event that governments continue to carry out the will of WHO, they become illegitimate, and the Peoples, in fulfilment of their duty, are obliged to establish new governments. Peoples exercise their inalienable right to defend their Lives, the Lives of their Immediate Family, and the sovereignty of their countries, by any means necessary and appropriate to do so.
