👨‍🏫 برای جلوگیری از تکرار کلمات، فریزها و کلازها در متن، راه‌های مختلفی وجود دارد، که یکی از آن‌ها جایگزین کردن برخی کلمات با that و those است. مثال:

1️⃣ The proton has a similar mass to the mass of a neutron.
✍️ در اینجا برای جلوگیری از تکرار کلمه‌ی mass، می‌توان از that استفاده کرد (چون این کلمه مفرد بوده، از that استفاده شده):
=> The proton has a similar mass to that of a neutron.

• We know of no other planet with an atmosphere like the atmosphere of the Earth.
=> We know of no other planet with an atmosphere like that of the Earth.
ما هیچ سیاره‌ی دیگری با اتمسفری مانند اتمسفر زمین نمی‌شناسیم.

2️⃣ The emotions in the poems are the emotions of loss and grief.
=> The emotions in the poems are those of loss and grief.
✍️ برای جلوگیری از تکرار کلمه‌ی emotions، از those استفاده شده (چون این کلمه جمع بسته شده، باید those استفاده شود، نه that)

• The cells of the body, especially the cells of the brain, can live only minutes without circulating blood.
=> The cells of the body, especially those of the brain, can live only minutes without circulating blood.

سلول‌های بدن، بخصوص سلول‌های مغز، بدون گردش خون فقط چند دقیقه زنده باقی می‌مانند.
